When Kelly works with a client she will use a combination of all modalities. Every session is different. What she does in a session depends on where the body is and what it needs to release the restrictions. She is there to assist the body in healing.

Kelly was introduced to CranioSacral Therapy about 15 years ago. Her dad was in chronic pain and CranioSacral Therapy was able to give him some relief and the ability to function on a higher level. She loves working with the body and giving it the help it needs to heal itself. Our bodies are truly amazing!
